Yes, we love working around dogs! If your dog shows signs of aggression, please keep them indoors during service. For safety, aggressive dogs must be kept inside, or your property may be removed from our route

What is your weather policy?

Services continue during light rain and are not canceled based on forecasted weather.
If severe or unsafe conditions prevent service on your scheduled day, cleanup will be postponed to the following week and accumulated waste will be removed at no additional charge. Sanchy’s is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Upon request, we will roll trash bins out to the curb on collection days as a courtesy service, regardless of weather conditions. Returning bins is not included.
